Delivery Service
All our deliveries are handled by PostNL. Get free shipping above €50 within The Netherlands. Reliability is key. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk.

Gifting makes you a happier being! Think of a loved one that you can gift our product to in the case that you aren't happy with it. This way, we can work towards less returns and less impact on the environment together.

If you decide to return the treasures. Please follow the instructions: Please send an e-mail to info@maehs.com with your order number and return request. Please have a look at our return policy first to ensure your order is eligible for return. Due to the premium packaging that we provide, returns cannot be accepted if the package has been opened or the product has been used. Maéhs can deny a request based on a careful check and remains the right to decline a refund or return request.
How do I return?
Sure! Here's a step-by-step guide on how to request a return: Send us an e-mail! Collect the necessary information: Make sure you have your order number and the reason for the return handy. Address the email to info@maehs.com. Inform us with your return request. In the body of the email, include your order number. This information will help the Maéhs team locate your purchase. Attach photos (if applicable): If there is a fault with the product, take some clear photos to illustrate the problem. Attach these photos to the email to provide visual evidence. Please note that Maéhs does not accept returns for opened packages or used products. Keep this in mind when initiating a return. Once your email is sent, the Maéhs team will review your request and respond to you as soon as possible to guide you through the return process.
Card refunds
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing. Credit notes can only be used in our online store. We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. ㅤ
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you Accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust Bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned If an item has a brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position Silk items must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. To create a better shopping experience for our customers, we offer a flexible returns policy. We monitor the number of returns and reserve the right to close your Maéhs account or restrict future orders if your return behaviour is in breach of our Returns Policy.
